Nasarawa United midfielder, Lordson Ichull insists that his side are spoiling for war with four-time champions, Enyimba in today's Federation Cup Semifinal match at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan.
Ichull does not believe Enyimba, widely regarded as Nigeria's most successful football club are favorites in the contest.
"Even when Nasarawa United plays on the continent, we never consider ourselves as underdogs.
"No disrespect to Enyimba but we can never see ourselves as underdogs in a domestic game," Ichull tols supersport.com
Enyimba have good memories of Ibadan as they prpgressed to this stage of the competition following a feissty and bad-tempered quartrfinal gaame against Rivers United at the same venue in july. The fans in Ibadan were noticeably pro-Enyimba in the game against River United but Ichull does not believe playing in the Western Nigerian city will gve the Peoples Elephant any advantage.
"The choice of Ibadan for the game does not give any advantage to Enyimba becauue we are well prepared. I am very sure it will be a very, very difficult game".
